Margaret Martin's "Exercise for Better Bones". Martin is a Physical Therapist. She also provides some very helpful guidance on exercises and movements to avoid. Thank you for sharing your routine. I found an earlier link you had shared on tai chi also very helpful. I'm trying to learn tai chi and add that to my routine.
