This is a great post - lots of things to try. I recently came across a wonderful resource with posture, flexibility, cardio and strength exercises oriented toward beginner through elite exercisers. Margaret Martin's "Exercise for Better Bones". Martin is a Physical Therapist. She also provides some very helpful guidance on exercises and movements to avoid. Thank you for sharing your routine. I found an earlier link you had shared on tai chi also very helpful. I'm trying to learn tai chi and add that to my routine.

Thank you, Anne, I'm glad you enjoyed my post. I must check out Margaret Martin's blog/book? I incorporate quite a few tai chi or qigong moves into my exercises. The gentle, yet energising flow is something I love.
