I’m new to the newsletter, so I missed the start of the Walking Challenge. I am 47, and outdoor walking is my main form of cardiovascular exercise. I love walking for the physical benefits and the emotional/mental benefits, too. It's a little cold today, so I'm going for a walk in the mall. FYI, I became anal about counting steps, so I stopped.
