Hello! I missed the January challenge though I walk 5 days a week already. And I am cheered that the 10k mark was arbitrary and untested. I easily can pull off the 4000 -- and will just start the challenge now, Feb 8. Good idea to get people going.
I’m in but I am having a small ingrown toenail surgery on Friday, so as soon as that’s healed I’ll be walking on my practically unused and dusty treadmill.
I’m in. I have some difficulty walking due to arthritic knees, but I think I can manage 4000 steps each day. We shall see how it goes here in High Point, North Carolina, USA.

It’s my goal to consistently meet this challenge every single day. I’ve started a morning routine to get on the treadmill for 12 mins every morning, before my day gets started. I will report my progress here with this tribe on both good and bad days. As of this post I have logged 1,854 Steps! Almost halfway there and it’s only 8:10 AM EST 😍

I did almost 8000 steps today; we went for a beautiful walk along the sea path in the sunshine. So lovely.
