Patricia: I had this album by Camera Obscura back in the day! Love that song!

Oh and I have always just said “smidge,” which is a ‘smidge’ of smidgen, I suppose! Great post! Thank you…😊

I only discovered them within the last 10 years and instantly loved their music. I don't know why I missed them when they first came on the music scene. So you were a fan from the outset, even having that album! I'm impressed! Maybe if I send out an even shorter post I can call it a 'smidge' - I like that. Thank you Whitney, it's good to know you enjoyed the post.

I have a small square of 95% chocolate several times a day, and copious cups of tea, pretty much the only indulgences I give myself with a very restricted diet, and I love knowing this is also good for me!

I can see that when you have to carefully watch what you eat, knowing that the few treats you have are also healthy for you, would be an added pleasure, Louisa. I'm happy to have brought you that news! :-)

The woman in the first video has a great voice; it sounds very 1960’s. I hadn’t heard the other band before, thank you for introduced me to them.

Drinking tea and eating chocolate are such lovely things to do, I’m really glad they’re good for you.

I agree that it's difficult to stop after one, Pamela. However, having once been diagnosed with pre-diabetes, which I successfully managed to turn around, through eating too many chocolate macaroons, I've learned my lesson!

I did the same with my prediabetes. Now I allow myself one, sometimes two treats a week.
