Walking Challenge Update - for those accepting the Challenge
I’ve been working on producing a video for you to follow indoors but I’ve run out of time so here are two YouTube videos, one for 4,000 steps and the other for 2,000 steps. The first is for when you want to take all your steps indoors in one session. The other is if you want to split the sessions, in which case, work out to this one twice, perhaps morning and afternoon. Or work out to this one once if you’ve already built up around 2,000 and need to complete the daily amount.

I don't have one of those devices that show steps, but I do keep track of minutes I exercise indoors and out, and I have found a chart that converts minutes doing things like cleaning to steps. So using that chart I will be glad to join the challenge.
