I do check into my breathing but not enough. I try to do it at least once a day. It can be done anywhere and an be so simple. Although it is finding one to suit you. Being of simple mind mine is breathe in through the nose for 7 and breathe out of my nose for 11 - 15. It is something I always turn to when I feel my self tightening in anger or stress. Doesn’t always work but certainly helps xxxxx
Well you're doing absolutely the right thing, Jo. Breathing out longer than you breathe in is good for stress and inhaling through your nose is better for you than through your mouth. You're on the right track. 😊
